No Oven, No Egg, No Flour, No Sugar Ice Cream Cake | Oreo Cookie Ice Cream

For base:


  • 10-12 Oreos

  • 30ml melted butter

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and add melted butter and mix well.    

  • Transfer & press Oreo mixture into a pan, freeze for about 30 minutes - 1 hour to set.


For filling:


  • 200g cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • 350ml whipping cream

  • 10 roughly crushed Oreos

  • Decoration:

  • Some Oreos for decorations


Method:


  1. In a bowl beat cream cheese and add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat for about a minute. Keep that aside.

  2. In a different bowl whip, the cream for about 4-5 minutes or until it forms soft peaks.

  3. Combine cream cheese and whipping cream gently, and then add roughly crushed Oreos. Mix gently.

  4. Pour and spread the cream mixture onto the frozen oreo base and decorate with some Oreos.

  5. Freezer and allow to set for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight.


Note: You can use more Oreos for thick base.
